Pavlyn currently offers FREE Shipping and returns for all orders over $100, within Canada!

STANDARD SERVICE

Shipping Time

Pavlyn makes all efforts to ensure that your order is shipped within 24 hours of the time at which you place your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Should you place an order during a weekend or a holiday, it will be shipped on the following first business day.

Shipment Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking number, so you can check the delivery status of your order here. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. It is the customer's sole responsibility to track the item and follow up on the delivery status. If the item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, Pavlyn takes no responsibilty to handle such cases or additional charges incurred thereafter.

Returned Shipments

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If your package cannot be delivered because of a wrong address or due to your refusal to accept the package, the carrier will return the package to Pavlyn. If a package is returned for this reason, we will notify you and refund your order, minus the return fee to cover the cost of shipping the items back to us. Pavlyn takes no responsibilty tracking the return package. While we strive to provide free shipping and returns within Canada, we will not cover any costs associated with delivery to an incorrect address or refusal to accept package. You may repurchase the items after correcting the address error.

Pavlyn offers a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Please see the options below for shipping within Canada. All our deliveries are done via traceable mail with Canada Post.

Free Shipping

Pavlyn offers free standard shipping on all orders of $100 and more (before taxes) within Canada. Please note that orders under $100 or any orders shipping to the U.S. are not eligible for Pavlyn's free shipping offer. If your order totals $100 before taxes, you will qualify for Pavlyn’s free shipping, which is delivered as a regular parcel delivery, taking between 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Canada. Should your order be below the $100 minimum, you will need to pay for standard shipping. You always have the option to expedite your delivery and pay for express shipping, to have your goods delivered within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS TO UNITED STATES

While Pavlyn does not offer free shipping to U.S. customers, there is a variety of shipping methods available for use.

PRICING, TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes.  Taxes are calculated during checkout, based on the province of delivery in Canada, and are displayed on the Order Review page. Pavlyn does not charge taxes from U.S. customers, who are responsible for any duties and taxes in their country of residence. If you are a U.S. resident, your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars.
