We want to make payment for your order as easy and convenient as possible. That’s why we have a number of payment options to fit your various payment needs. 

We accept payments from all the major credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Within Canada, Provincial Sales taxes will be added at checkout. The tax amount will depend on the shipping address you provide, charged in accordance with the rates charged in your province of shipping. U.S. customers do not pay sales tax in Canada. As such, U.S. customers are responsible for payment of any duties and taxes in their country of residence.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify us immediately via email at CustomerService@pavlyn.com. Be advised that shipments go out very quickly, so you must notify us of changes as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If your item has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
